Currently W.I.P.

• No longer fails on startup or manifests other problems when one or more uMen roots don't exist
• 'None' variable type on Python files now supported for wiki creation
• Fixed bug where roots' sub-directories were added, but not the roots themselves
• Now works on OSX
• Getting some great help with unix compatibility
